Blissful retreats organised by Cate in the Hampshire area.
I lead a yoga retreat weekend every year in the UK. We escape to a beautiful location for a whole weekend filled with good food, beauty and massage treatments - and of course yoga!
It's a wonderful opportunity to meet new friends, relax and spend time focusing on your yoga practice. There is usually wine involved too.
I occasionally organise day retreats in the Hampshire-area too.
Mini Luxury Yoga Retreat
Sunday 7th & Monday 8th April 2024, New Place Hotel, Shirrell Heath
A mini luxury yoga retreat in a glorious setting. To include a 3-course supper with wine and a full English breakfast.
The retreat will comprise of 4 yoga sessions with Cate (including Thai yoga massage) in the beautiful Court room. There is full use of the spa and gym for guests, plus a guided walk in the extensive grounds and complimetary wine in your bedroom.
£175 in a shared twin en-suite
£250 double en-suite to yourself
£25 Monday morning yoga session with breakfast and spa facilities 8am - 11am
